Apartment Source respects the privacy of every individual. Apartment Source collects personal information from you from either direct contact or when you provide personal data through various places on our web site. Your e-mail address is obtained for internal purposes only (as they relate to marketing and/or leasing) and will not be sold or shared with any unaffiliated third party other than as set forth in this Privacy Promise. We may provide some of this information to our fulfillment partners for purposes of providing you with information you request, with one of our independent sales agents to follow up with you in connection with materials you request and as a part of our mailings and solicitations to prospective customers. The information you provide may also be utilized for the marketing development of prospect lists for Apartment Source.

In addition, we may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Web site, and to communicate with you after you have sent us e-mails. If you send us e-mails, from time to time we may use information about your preferences and interests to send updates to you about Apartment Source services. Apartment Source may disclose or exchange with others information you have provided to us if we believe that the law requires us to do so or if it is necessary to protect the rights or property of Apartment Source, our affiliate companies, our staff or our users.

Apartment Source will use reasonable precautions to keep the information disclosed to us secure and to disclose such information only to third parties we believe to be responsible. However, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that may receive the information. Access to your personal information is limited to people who need it to do their job. For example, if we need to mail something to you, we must share your name and address with a direct mail company. We limit such third parties in their access and use of your personal information.

Apartment Source is not responsible for the privacy policies of other sites.

Apartment Source website is directed to adults and is not directed to children under the age of 18. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and does not permit registration by and will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. We need your help in making sure your personal information is correct in our systems. Please notify us of changes to your name, address, title, phone number or email address. You may correct your personal information or select the option not to receive future Apartment Source contacts (i.e. mailings, calls, etc.) by emailing us at the address below. In the event you elect not to receive any future contacts from us, we will endeavor to remove your name from all of our contact lists; however, we can only promise to endeavor to remove you from any lists we control. Apartment Source – Rebate Terms and Conditions

1. Applicants eligible for rebate must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Client must initiate contact with Apartment Source either by telephone or through website (www.txapartmentsource.com) before viewing apartments.
3. Upon initial visit or telephone inquiry to apartment properties, client agrees to notify apartment personnel that they are a client of Apartment Source. Client must ensure that guest cards indicate that Apartment Source is listed as the referral source.
4. All applicants over age18 in apartment must list Apartment Source as the only referral source on all guest cards, applications, and lease agreement forms. If any other locator service or referral source is listed, and/or property challenges listing, rebate may be disqualified.
5. Client must report lease on the Apartment Source website within 45 days of signing. All information must be filled in and accurate. At that time, rebates are considered “pending” until approval.
6. Rebate approvals are subject to confirmation from apartment complex that Apartment Source was listed on required documents. All requirements must be completed in order to be eligible for rebate.
7. Rebate amounts are as follows:
   

   Rent under	$850/mo	$75.00 rebate
   Rent between	$851 - $1,000/mo	$100.00 rebate
   Rent between	$1,001 - $1,250/mo	$125.00 rebate
   Rent over	$1,250/mo	$150.00 rebate

8. Instead of a cash rebate for rents over $850/mo, client has option to choose a 3rd generation I-Pod® Shuffle with a $25 I-Tunes Gift Card
9. One rebate per apartment.
10. Client’s lease term must be equal to or above the minimum lease term allowed for payment to Apartment Source, as required by property. Lease terms less than six months are subject to discounted rebate amount, as directed by property payment schedule.
11. Former tenant of property, lease renewals, on-site transfer within same property, and leases at a property managed by same company as client’s existing property (“sister property”) are not eligible for rebate.
12. All rebate awards are subject to Apartment Source receiving payment from property. Apartment Source agrees to immediately award rebate when payment from property is received, usually within 4-12 weeks of client move-in. If a non-payment issue arises from property due to management/owner changes, bankruptcy, or other event, rebate to client may be void.
13. No rebate will be issued if the referral fee to Apartment Source is less than $100.00.
14. Eviction and/or early lease termination before 45 days, or falsifying information on application automatically disqualifies client from rebate.
15. Rebate checks are mailed via United States Postal Service, payable to client and mailed to address submitted on “Report Your Lease” form. Apartment Source is not responsible for incorrect information submitted and not liable for postal service delays. If check is not received to client within 30 days of mailing, Apartment Source agrees to stop payment and re-issue check, minus stop payment fee incurred by Apartment Source.
16. All information gathered by Apartment Source is strictly confidential. Apartment Source does not sell any information to outside sources or third parties.
17. Apartment Source reserves to right to modify rebate terms and conditions, amounts, policies and disclaimers at any time without notice.
18. Rebate offer is void where prohibited by law.
