We learn about your lifestyle and the amenities that are important to you in a home. This saves you time running from place to place seeing apartments that don't meet your needs. By allowing Apartment Source to do the work for you, we are able to provide you with a customized package of apartment communities that fit your particular criteria. After you review your package, we can assist with checking availability for you and setting appointments or you may view the properties on your own.
When you visit the properties, you MUST let them know that you are working with a locator, and it is imperative that "APARTMENT SOURCE" be listed as your referral source on guest registration cards, applications, and lease agreements forms. This is very important, as this is the only way the communities will compensate us for our services to you.
